About MD at Home
MD at Home was founded by Dr. Charles S. DeHaan MD in 1993, which was the first official full time physician house call program in the Midwest.
His Father and Grandfather both provided housecalls to their patients, making this the third generation of housecall service to the region.
Dr. DeHaan has been in Chicago and the surrounding areas all his life. He is a clinical instructor for the University of Illinois College of Medicine.
