Dr. DeHaan founded this program in 1993. This was the first full time physician
"housecall program" in the Midwest. Several thousand "housecalls" have
been provided annually since that time. Dr. DeHaan's father and grandfather
provided housecalls to their patients, making this the third generation
of this service to this region. Dr. DeHaan has been in the Chicago/Northern
Illinois area all his life. Dr. DeHaan is a clinical instructor for the
University of Illinois College of Medicine.
